These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of wowbazar.in, related applications, and services operated by Globus Packaging under the brand name Wow Bazar.
By visiting our platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and all account activities.
- You must provide true, complete, and current information for orders, billing, and delivery.
2. Product Information, Pricing, and Availability
Prices are displayed in INR and may change without notice. Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from delivered items due to packaging updates, manufacturer variation, or display settings. Product availability is dynamic, and listing an item does not guarantee fulfillment.
3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation Rights
An order is considered accepted only after successful payment authorization and internal review. Wow Bazar reserves the right to reject, hold, or cancel any order at any stage for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or catalog error, stock unavailability, delivery limitations, policy breach, or legal/regulatory requirements.
4. Payment and Transaction Risk Controls
Payments are processed through third-party gateways. We are not liable for gateway downtime, bank declines, or authorization failures. Chargebacks filed without valid cause may lead to account suspension and legal recovery of dues.
5. Delivery Commitments and Service Area
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to weather, traffic, logistics, or force majeure events.
- Risk and responsibility for goods transfer to you upon successful delivery at the provided address.
- Failed delivery due to wrong address, non-availability, or refusal may attract re-delivery or handling charges.
6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Return and refund requests are handled strictly under our Return and Refund Policy. Any exception, if granted, is a one-time business concession and does not create a precedent or recurring entitlement.
7. Intellectual Property and Platform Use
All website content, product catalogs, text, logos, images, layout, software, and branding elements are owned by or licensed to Wow Bazar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, scraping, resale, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
- Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting platform operations.
- Misrepresenting identity, publishing false reviews, or manipulating prices, coupons, or promotions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wow Bazar and Globus Packaging are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant order giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wow Bazar, Globus Packaging, its owners, employees, and partners against any losses, claims, penalties, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform, policy violations, or breach of law.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, payment abuse, or any action that may harm our operations, reputation, or users.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to use of this platform and related transactions.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms become effective when published on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
