This Return and Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on wowbazar.in and related Wow Bazar services operated by Globus Packaging.
We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible cases.
1. Eligible Reasons for Return or Replacement
- Product received is damaged in transit.
- Product received is defective, expired, or unusable at delivery.
- Wrong item or wrong quantity delivered against the confirmed order.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Perishable, consumable, hygiene, or personal-use goods once delivered in acceptable condition.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, storage issues, or normal wear after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, labels, invoice, or tamper-evident seals (where applicable).
- Bulk, customized, or special procurement items unless delivered defective or incorrect.
3. Return Window
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 5 days of delivery. However, for faster resolution, we recommend reporting issues within 24 hours with proper proof such as images or unboxing video.
4. Return Method
Returns are processed via courier pickup or customer self-shipping, depending on service availability in your area.
5. Return Cost
We offer free returns for eligible defective or damaged products.
6. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval and successful quality verification. The amount will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit where applicable.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch confirmation. Once dispatched, orders are treated as fulfilled logistics commitments and cannot be cancelled. We may cancel any order at our discretion due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, operational constraints, or legal compliance reasons.
8. Abuse and Fraud Protection
Wow Bazar reserves the right to block accounts, deny returns, or refuse refunds for suspicious activity, repeated abuse of refund claims, chargeback misuse, false allegations, or non-cooperation during verification.
9. Limitation
Except as required by law, Wow Bazar's maximum liability for any approved claim is limited to the net amount paid for the specific product in dispute. We are not liable for indirect losses, business losses, or consequential damages.
